Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Classification of Reserves dated the 27th day of March 2008, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 2008, No. 69, page 1921, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Classification of Reserves and Appointment of Board to Control and Manage
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for recreation purposes and further declares the reserves to form part of the Whitireia Park Recreation Reserve to be controlled and managed by the Whitireia Park Board pursuant to section 30 of the Act.
