Pursuant to section 24A(3)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977,
the Tauranga City Council resolved that Lot 15 on LT 403543 comprising approximately 0.0004 hectares (being part Lot 62 DP 337390), held by the council as
local purpose (drainage) reserve be re-classified as local purpose (segregation) reserve being the land described in
the Schedule hereto, the re-classification to take effect
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
