Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act and further declares that the said reserve is to be known as the Pukehou Scenic Reserve.
