Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Invercargill City Council hereby gives notice that the reserve described in
the Schedule hereto is classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, and declares that the said reserve shall be known as the Red Tussock Reserve.
