Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Invercargill City Council declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be a scenic reserve within the provisions of
the said Act for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b)
of the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the said reserve shall be known as the Taiepa Dune Reserve.
