Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 8th day of July 2008, and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
17 July 2008, No. 114, page 3036, by adding in clause (b) after “(Wellington Registry).”:
“The registered proprietor is the settlor of the adjoining land, subject to section 120(4) of the Public Works Act 1981.”
in the recital.
