A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, The Honourable Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto
to be taken for water treatment purposes. The interests acquired herein shall vest in the Hauraki District Council
on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
