Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this
notice is hereby acquired for stormwater purposes and
shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, subject to easement within transfer B414786.2, consent notice 5146334.2, and easement certificate 5146334.4, marked "G", "I" and "J" on DP S92523, which are subject to section 243(a) of the Resource Management Act 1991, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
