Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice realigning a road, dated the 11th day of June 2008 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 June 2008, No. 100, page 2715, by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting it with the following:
“(a) Pursuant to section 17(1) declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portions of land described in the First Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.”
