Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 6th day of June 2008 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
12 June 2008, No. 98, page 2606, by deleting under the area of 28m2 in the Schedule the legal description
“part Lot 3 DP 9121”
and replacing it with
“part Lot 2 DP 9121”.
