Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Clutha District Council dated on the 12th day of June 2007 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 June 2007, No. 69, page 1829, and issues the following notice as
a fresh notice in its place.
Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Clutha District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a Government purpose (office accommodation, field base and information centre) reserve to a local purpose (site for community buildings) reserve and further vests the reserve in the Clutha District Council in trust for that purpose.
