Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Westland District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 251927, subject to sections
10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WS8A/97, subject to sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, mortgage 112799.6 (as varied by 6055469.2 and 6960391.1) and sustainable forest management plan 113100.1.
