Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of May 2008 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 May 2008, No. 89, page 2446, by deleting the lands fifthly, eighthly, ninthly and eleventhly described in the First Schedule.
