Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(b), declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the
land in Computer Freehold Register WN131/45, subject to Gazette Notice 797302, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;
(b) Pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3), declares the portion of stopped Government road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register WN131/45, subject to Gazette Notice 797302, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;
(c) Pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3), declares the portions of severance described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN131/45, subject to Gazette Notice 797302, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
