Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this
notice is hereby acquired for local purpose (historic homestead) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council
and, pursuant to section 120(3), be amalgamated with the land in part Computer Freehold Register SA54D/963, subject to section 241(2) of the Resource Management Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, on the date of publication
of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
