Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from
a reserve for government purpose (wildlife management)
to a recreation reserve, and further vests the reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District in trust for that purpose.
