Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(7) and 120(3), shall be added to the land in the Second Schedule, subject to the same reservations and trusts as that land.
