Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in
the Schedule from Kotare Recreation Reserve to Kotare Local Purpose (Community Buildings) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
