Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice are stopped and, pursuant to section 52, are set apart for conservation purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
