New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB8A/764, subject to mortgage A418426.3, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and the Section 11 minerals of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, remain in cancelled Computer Freehold Register CB545/101 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
