Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice realigning a road dated the 23rd day of November 2007, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 December 2007, No. 136, page 3568, by deleting the Schedule to that notice and substituting with the following:

Land Declared Road
Area ha Description
0.4991 Section 1 SO 387571 (part Compute Freehold Register SL9/101).”
