Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on the 21st day of March 2007 declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve.
