New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), the land firstly described amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA111B/283, the land secondly described amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA24A/59, and the land thirdly described amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA6A/371 and all vested in the Ports of Auckland Limited on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
