Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rotorua District Council resolved on 6 May 2008 that the parcels
of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule to this notice is declared to be reserve for local purposes (esplanade) within the meaning of the said Act.
