Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, Anthony Percy Quirk, Marlborough District Council, changes the classification of that part of a reserve described in
the Schedule from a local purpose (river control) reserve
to a local purpose (aviation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
