Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
a historic reservation for the common use and benefit of Ngati Rangiteaorere hapu.

All that piece of land situated in the Maori freehold land known as Anglican Church Missionary Society Block (Part) and described as follows:

1.7280 Area E as shown on the plan held by the Waiariki Maori Land Court and which surroundsthe original church, missionary society houseand outbuildings site, the foundation remainsof which are sill evident. The area has been excluded from the farm lease for many yearsand has independent off-road access.
