Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
a conservation reservation for the common use and benefit of Ngati Rangiteaorere hapu.

All that piece of land situated in the Maori freehold land known as Anglican Church Missionary Society Block (Part) and described as follows:

0.5320 Area C as shown on the plan held by the Waiariki Maori Land Court and adjacent tothe Waiohewa Stream, generally 10 metres in width. The area is retired from grazing and comes from the eastern severance of the block.
