Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
a conservation reservation for the common use and benefit of Ngati Rangiteaorere hapu.

All that piece of land situated in the Maori freehold land known as Anglican Church Missionary Society Block (Part) and described as follows:
Area ha Description
0.1000 Area B as shown on the plan held by the Waiariki Maori Land Court and generally comprising an area of fenced off retired land adjacent to the Waiohewa Stream, generally10 metres in width. The area comes from a small triangle-shaped severance of the block located between the State highway, Rangiteaorere Road and the stream.
