Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
a landing and conservation reservation for the common use and benefit of Ngati Rangiteaorere hapu.

All that piece of land situated in the Maori freehold land known as Anglican Church Missionary Society Block (Part) and described as follows:

3.4600 Area A as shown on the plan held by the Waiariki Maori Land Court and comprising an area approximately 70 metres in width covered in kahikatea and other native vegetation adjacent to Lake Rotorua. The area also extends northand east following the retired areas adjacent to the Waiohewa Stream. The area is taken from the lakeward severance of the block.
