Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road;
(b) Pursuant to section 50(1), further declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be a local purpose (war memorial) reserve, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977;
(c) Pursuant to section 28, further declares that the
land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is subject to the creation of an easement over the area marked "A" on SO 40380 in favour of, and to be held appurtenant to, the land held in the balance of Rural Section 40299, being the balance of the land in Gazette Notice 911182 for the purposes of the right to convey electric power on terms and conditions as set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulation 2002
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
