Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Auckland Playcentres Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, and appoints the
Kau Fakana’Ana’A ’I Fale Lalava Komiuniti Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the terms and conditions set down in a control and management agreement dated the 5th day of May 2008.
