Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a Government purpose (fish hatchery) reserve to a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act and declares that the reserve form part of the Kerikeri River Scenic Reserve.
