Notice of Intention to Acquire an Easement in Gross to Convey Sewage-For the Waitara to New Plymouth Sewage Pipeline, Taranaki

Notice is hereby given that the New Plymouth District Council, under the provisions of section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981, proposes to acquire an easement in gross to convey sewage over the land described in the Schedule hereto ("the land").
The easement required for the Waitara to New Plymouth sewage pipeline land will have a width of four metres together with the right to enter onto additional land to a maximum width of 10 metres along the easement route for the purpose of installing and constructing the easement facility as provided for in the terms and conditions for the easement.
The owner of the land and those persons with a registered interest in it have been served with notice of the
New Plymouth District Council's intention to take their land for easement purposes and their right to object.
Any other person having the right to object may send a written objection to the Registrar, Environment Court, Level 8, District Court Building, Wellesley Street (PO Box 7147), Auckland, within 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held with the right of the objector to appear and be heard personally unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be informed of the time and place of the hearing.

Land at 124 Wills Road, Bell Block, New Plymouth, being 4.1520 hectares Lot 1 DP 20683 (all Computer Freehold Register TNL2/507). The route of the easement is shown marked "A" on SO 391521.
