Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Part Kaipikare 15A Block which was set apart for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the iwi of Ngati Mutunga by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 August 1995, No. 77, page 2126.
