Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
that area of general land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose
of a native reserve to be known as Rangihoua Native Reserve for the common use and benefit of the persons
or class of persons which currently enjoy the benefit of
the existing Rangihoua Native Reserve.
