Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Boy Scouts’ Association of New Zealand to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, and appoints the Hawke’s Bay Montessori Education Trust Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve.
