Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of September 1984, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 4 October
1984, No. 178, page 4146, by omitting the words contained in item (b) in the body of the notice and the Second Schedule of the notice and substituting the following:
“(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken
and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL8A/579, subject to mortgages 357630.4 and 357630.5.”
and
“Second Schedule
Nelson Land District—Tasman District
Area m2 Description
1110 Section 1 SO 13128.”
