Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of October 2007, setting apart land for housing purposes at Otiria
Road, Moerewa, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
25 October 2007, No. 115, page 3074, by:
(a) deleting the area
“3035”
and the words
“marked “A” on SO 48920”
from the Schedule and replacing them with the area
“2742”
and the words
“shown as Section 1 on SO 399303”.
(b) deleting the file reference
“LINZ CPC/2005/10298”
and replacing with
“LINZ CPC/2002/8015”.
