Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule from scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Act, to a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act, and declares that the reserve form part of the Bream Head Scenic Reserve.
