Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
