Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies that part of the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (plot for sewage treatment plant) reserve and vests the reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for that purpose.
