Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Porirua City Council on the 12th day of December 2007, declaring the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be local purpose (neighbourhood) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
