A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for road and shall vest in the Whangarei District Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

27 Firstly part of an estate in fee-simple as to aone-seventeenth share in that parcel of land containing 1482 square metres, being Lot 1 DP 122660, and secondly, an estate in leasehold created by lease C034461.5 in Flat 4 on DP 122660 (contained in Computer Freehold Register NA71B/644); shown as Section 1 on SO 385363.
