Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Dave Rudge, Land Information New Zealand, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for a local purpose reserve and shall vest in the Department of Conservation on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
