Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets
of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 23 November 2006 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus assets, being:
(a) approximately $161,000.00 held at the National Bank, Gisborne;
(b) approximately $108,200.00 held with Dorchester Finance, Auckland; and
(c) memorabilia and minor effects held at Dalco Storage, 28 Scott Street, Gisborne
be vested in Bowls Gisborne-East Coast Incorporated.
This direction shall become final on 3 March 2008.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
