New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Incorporated, in a notice dated the 1st day of December 2008 and published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 December 2008, No. 188, page 4971, included the incorrect notification that an amended Rule 402(5A) was to come into effect on
8 December 2008.
Pursuant to sections 29 to 32 of the Racing Act 2003,
Rule 402(5A) is to be amended on a date in 2009 which is yet to be determined.
Once that date has been determined, a further notice will be published in the New Zealand Gazette specifying the date on which the amendment to Rule 402(5A) will come into effect.
