Pursuant to sections 11 and 12 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
This notice amends the Medical Council of New Zealand’s notice dated the 23rd day of August 2004 and published in
a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 15 September 2004, No. 120, page 2893, setting out scopes of practice and qualifications for registration.
Please remove the following vocational scope from Appendix 1, which begins on page 2928:
“Breast medicine” (found on page 2929).
