Pursuant to section 11 of the Commodity Levies (Navel Oranges) Order 2006, navel orange growers and collection agents are advised that the levy rate for the year ending
31 March 2009 was decided at the annual general meeting held on 3 September 2007.
From 1 April 2008, the levy rate for navel oranges
(except those sold for processing) will remain set at one
cent per kilogram.
