Pursuant to section 5(5) of the Marine Mammals Protection Act 1978, the Minister of Conservation notifies that an application was received from D. Currier on 15 December 2008 to:
? export two sperm whale teeth (acquired in Hawaii in the 1960s) to the United States of America for the purpose of private use.
