Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the North Shore District Court on 2 December 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1994 Ford Fairmont Ghia, Registration No. XO4886.
Against: Andrew Gordon Peterson.
